All tutors must pass a background check and be fingerprinted before they are allowed on school grounds or have any contact with students or their parents. Click here for detailed information on the fingerprinting process and associated fees.

You will need to complete the Criminal Record Form which can be faxed/mailed to us at the number/address listed below.

If you are currently a teacher in Hillsborough County, the district requires that you complete a Conflict of Interest form. Please download and complete the COI form: Conflict of Interest Form.

For the Conflict of interest form we are required to present the original signature to the state and therefore it must be either mailed to the address below or brought with you to your tutor training session and handed to us in person.
